Bar Basics: Form comes first in The Bar Method.. Results will follow! This class is an excellent place to start, or for clients who just want to brush up on form to get the results they're looking for! This descriptive class will make sure you are focused and doing the class correctly.

Mixed: All levels welcome. This fast paced class is designed for students who have taken The Bar Method. First time clients are of course welcome! Come ready for an amazing workout!

Online reservations are highly recommended for busy class times. You may reserve as many classes online as you like. However, please note that you must purchase a class or class package for all classes that you wish to reserve.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be made 12 hours in advance for all classes to avoid being charged. Clients with unlimited packages will have one day deducted from their month.
CHILDCARE
Childcare is available Monday through Saturday for children 6 months to 7 years old. A reservation is required.

Check in: Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start of class to check in your child.
Childcare Room: Our room is cozy and fun. We have filled the room with toys, book and a large TV for your child's enjoyment. It also has its own restroom for convenience.
Cancellations: You must cancel your childcare reservation 12 hours before the scheduled class, or you will be charged for your reservation.
Policies:
No food please: Sippy cups with lids are permitted, please label with your child's name.
Restroom visits: We will help your childcare to the restroom, but not assist in the bathroom. (We will make sure they wash their hands).
No diapers will be changed. If necessary we will come and ask for you. We will have a changing station for you in the restroom.
